Terms & Conditions
All of the services provided by Bonus Week Breaks are subject to the following conditions:

To qualify for this holiday you must be travelling with your partner.
No singles are permitted to take up this offer without prior authorisation from senior management.

It is at the discretion of the resort to
select the required level of accommodation that you will receive.
The levels of accommodation are as follows: hotel suite, 1 bedroom
and 2 bedroom self-catering unit; the one bedroom unit sleeps
up to four adults, and the two bedroom unit sleeps up to six
adults. These resorts are of a very high standard, therefore
any deliberate or accidental damage to your apartment will be
your responsibility and you will be liable for it.

No couples can be travelling the week prior to, or the week after their Bonus Week Holiday.
- As a couple, you will be required by the resort to attend an
informal presentation to show you the facilities and to explain to you the benefits of the timeshare/ownership
system. However, you are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract. An appointment will be made
for you during your stay at your chosen resort. If you fail to attend this presentation without valid reason
you shall be liable to pay the full rental cost for the duration of your holiday.

Should your circumstances change in regard to your booking details, it is your
responsibility to inform Easy Consulting S.L at your earliest convenience. Any changes to or cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in a £25 administration charge, or loss of the holiday.

Easy Consulting S.L reserves the right to substitute or provide alternative accommodation
of a similar standard due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- Weeks booked on a To Be Arranged (TBA), can only be organised using the active resorts on our website, www.bonusweekbreaks.co.uk; Verbal claims from agents, or alternative marketers on destinations available will not be honoured.

Due to the costs incurred
during the booking process, Easy Consulting S.L are unable to
offer a refund policy. However, you will not lose any monies
paid, your purchased holiday will be entered into a pending
system for you to reclaim within a 3 year period.

Easy Consulting S.L does not accept liability for any changes, loss, delays, injuries/deaths,
accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control. This
includes, but is not limited to, act of god, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law
and politics, wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person or companies
who are not employees or authorised agents of Easy Consulting S.L.

Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate this
agreement and release us from any future liabilities
- All TBA (to be arranged) holidays will come with an expiry date on issue, in the event of the expiry date being missing the holiday will only be valid for 2 years 11 months from the date of the paperwork.
- Some of the resorts we deal with have criteria of which must be met for you to travel to. You may be limited to which resorts you can travel to, depending on your circumstances.
- Any extension to your holiday not booked via Bonus Week Breaks and not divulged at the initial booking stage, will invalidate your holiday.
- All Bonus Week Breaks holidays are subject to availability.
